For the general certificate of completion that is appropriate for AHIMA CEU, after watching the session the “PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE” button will be made available within the main screen of the session. Clicking this button will generate your certificate of completion.

You can also access all completed sessions and their corresponding certificates in the “My Courses” section of the system. When in this section, click the certificate icon next to each course needing a CEU.

For the AAPC certificate of completion with corresponding AAPC index number, you must complete the provided quiz found within the session. This is a requirement of online, on-demand sessions per AAPC guidelines. Once the AAPC quiz is completed with at least 80% accuracy, you’ll be eligible for the AAPC specific certificate of completion.

The AAPC certificate is typically available within 2 to 4 weeks of the time the session is first available in the TrustHCS system. When available, you can access the certificate within the quiz. An alert will be posted in the “Announcements” section of the system found on the dashboard when the certificate is available.  An email will also be sent to all learners who attended and RSVP’d to the session regarding the AAPC certificate availability.

Each attendee will need to create their own account to obtain an individual certificate of completion.

If the automated password reset process is not delivering the reset email, please email reset@trusthcs.com to request a new password.

In the main menu click “My Courses” and you will see a list of all of your courses.  Click the certificate badge on the right side.  You must complete all lessons for your certificate to be available.

If you are not seeing your download certificate badge it is most likely that you have not spent the required amount of time viewing the presentation.  There is a minimum time requirement for watching the presentation to have access to a certificate of completion.

Once a session has been loaded and is accessible in the TrustHCS system it is then submitted to AAPC for receipt of the appropriate certificates for CEUs. This process takes 2 to 4 weeks to receive the certificates back from AAPC.

When the certificates are received by TrustHCS they will be loaded to their respective sessions. An alert will be posted in the “Announcements” section of the system found on the dashboard.  An email will also be sent to all learners who attended and RSVP’d to the session.

Open the course in question. Access the slides by clicking the “DOWNLOAD SLIDES” button. (see screen shot below)
